Notice of Public Hearing

The Planning Commission of Twin City, Georgia will hold a public hearing on the application of Christopher Stanford to amend the City’s official zoning map to rezone the property located at 514 North Railroad Street from R-1 to R-2. The proposed zoning decision relates to or will allow the location or relocation of a halfway house, drug rehabilitation center, or other facility for treatment of drug dependency. The public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on October 21, 2019, at the City Commission Chambers in the Twin City Police Department, which is located at 112 South Railroad Ave, Twin City, GA 30471.
The public is invited to attend and comment on this matter.

The Mayor and City Commission of the City of Twin City will have a special called meeting on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 6:00PM. This meeting will be held at City Hall. The purpose of the called meeting is to approve the 2019 budget, approve 2018 budget amendments, and to open sealed bids for City land leases.
